2.3. This policy applies even if the product/service has been installed. If a customer is not satisfied within the first 10 days, Air and Water Care Inc. will rectify the issue or remove the product/service at our own expense.

5. Other Provider Cancellation Fees

5.2. Customers are advised to consult with their current provider regarding potential exit fees or obligations.

5.3. While Air and Water Care Inc. can provide general information about customer rights and obligations with other providers, we are not ultimately responsible for any exit fees from existing providers.
